Welcome to Meditation with Ike. In tonight’s session, we will focus on mindfulness and presence, guiding you towards deep awareness and relaxation. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Allow your body to relax with each breath. As your mind settles, bring your attention to the present moment, noticing the sensations in your body and the natural rhythm of your breath. Gently scan your body from your feet to your head, acknowledging any sensations without judgment. Embrace the peace that comes from being fully present. Take a few moments to bask in this state of mindfulness and presence. Slowly bring your awareness back, gently wiggling your fingers and toes, and open your eyes when ready.
